The HR Generalist / Office Manager is a dual-function role responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations while ensuring efficient office administration across the organization. This position supports employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and culture initiatives while also overseeing facilities, vendor coordination, and administrative operations.The role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can operate across multiple departments, maintain confidentiality, and ensure operational continuity in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.RequirementsEmployee Lifecycle ManagementAdminister full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracyCoordinate new hire orientation and training schedulesManage employee status changes (promotions, transfers, terminations)Recruiting & Talent SupportCoordinate job postings across platformsScreen resumes and schedule interviewsSupport hiring managers throughout recruitment processAssist with offer letters and employment agreementsNew hire name plate creationHardware pick up from ImporiumBenefits & Payroll AdministrationAdminister employee benefits programs (health, dental, retirement)Serve as liaison with benefits providers and brokersAssist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee dataRespond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefitsCompliance & PoliciesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain employee handbook and HR policiesSupport audits and regulatory reportingTrack required trainings and certificationsEmployee RelationsServe as first point of contact for employee concernsSupport performance management processesAssist with conflict resolution and disciplinary actionsPromote a positive and professional workplace cultureIntranet Management and updates including adding team photosTeam outing planning (in collaboration with Marketing)Philanthropy event planning (in collaboration with Marketing)Secondary Requirements Office OperationsFacilities & Vendor ManagementAdministrative SupportBudget & Expense TrackingBenefitsPTO, 401K, Health, Dental, Vision ETC.
