DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will play a key role in enhancing the new hire experience, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This position requires a hands-on approach, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to driving impactful HR initiatives.Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL in office 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and ThursdayWhat You’ll Be DoingHR Process Management:Administer and optimize HR processes throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to offboardingEmployee Onboarding and DevelopmentPlay a key role in enhancing the new hire experience by developing and driving onboarding initiatives in collaboration with stakeholdersPolicy Development And ComplianceAssist in the development and implementation of HR policiesEnsure compliance with labor regulationsHR CommunicationEnsure clear and effective communication of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to all employeesEmployee Lifecycle ImprovementInnovate and improve the employee lifecycle, from communication strategies to internal documentation and relationship buildingTermination And Exit ProcessesProcess terminations and conduct exit interviews, working with internal teams to ensure smooth transitionsPerformance Review DevelopmentAssist with the development of the performance review processEmployee RelationsProvide support for employee relations activities, including counseling, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminationsDevelop relationships with stakeholders working to find ways to collaborate and support as neededEmployment-Related InquiriesManage employment-related inquiries and provide guidance on complex and sensitive mattersStrategic HR InitiativesAssess organizational goals and prioritize HR initiatives that align with these objectivesIdentify and focus on high-impact tasks and projectsProject/Task Management And PrioritizationEfficiently manage routine HR tasks while prioritizing urgent issues to maximize positive outcomesMulti-task between daily tasks and driving projects to completionWorkflow Analysis And IntegrationAnalyze and understand how individual HR tasks interrelate and impact the overall workflow to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruptionContinuous ImprovementContinuously seek process improvements in all areas of HROther duties and responsibilities as assignedAbout YouBachelor’s degree preferred3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in the technology industryProficient in using an HRISProficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsExceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivatedMust be hands-on and able to multi-task in a fast-changing environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesKnowledge of relevant labor laws in supporting regionsAbout UsNinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for nearly 40,000 customers in 140+ countries.The NinjaOne Unified IT Operations Platform delivers endpoint management, autonomous patching, backup, and remote access in a single console to improve efficiency, increase resilience, and reduce spend.
