You'll work closely with our research and product teams to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLLM Integration: Design and implement custom LLM solutions using frameworks like LangChain, integrating various models (GPT, Claude, etc.) into production systemsArchitecture Design: Develop robust architectures for AI applications, considering scalability, latency, and cost optimizationPrompt Engineering: Create and optimize prompting strategies for different use cases, implementing evaluation metrics and testing frameworksSystem Development: Build and maintain AI pipelines, including data processing, model deployment, and monitoring systemsPerformance Optimization: Optimize LLM usage for cost and performance, implementing caching strategies and response optimizationIdeal Candidate ProfileTechnical Expertise: Strong background in Python/Javascript and modern AI/ML frameworksLLM Experience: Hands-on experience building applications with LangChain and large language modelsProblem Solving: Ability to break down complex AI challenges into manageable solutionsCollaboration: Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teamsRequired Qualifications4+ years of software engineering experience2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and LangChainProficiency in Python/Javascript and related AI/ML librariesExperience with REST APIs and microservicesTrack record of deploying AI solutions in production environmentsPerksAt Metaschool, you'll have exposure to all aspects of building a company.
