Advanced Test Center Support Specialist

Pearson is looking for an Advanced Associate, Test Center Support in Topeka, Kansas. This role provides first-level technical support to Pearson VUE's test centers and assists with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have an Associate Degree in Computer Science, 1-2 years of experience in Windows application support, and excellent customer service skills.
