The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data-driven solution delivery and experience facilitating Agile teams working on data analysis, reporting, and database-centric projects within large enterprise environments. Pharmaceutical domain experience is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering data analysis and reporting solutionsFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog RefinementPartner with Product Owners to manage backlogs related to Oracle database development, SQL analysis, and reporting tasksIdentify and remove impediments impacting data extraction, analysis, reporting, and database performanceCoordinate closely with data analysts, SQL developers, DBAs, and reporting teamsTrack sprint metrics and communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholdersEnsure Agile delivery aligns with enterprise SDLC and data governance standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications10+ years of overall IT experience with 5 + years as a Scrum MasterProven experience supporting data analytics or data-centric projectsStrong understanding of Oracle databases and SQL-based data analysisExperience facilitating Agile delivery for database, reporting, or analytics teamsProficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similarExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domainExposure to regulated environments and data compliance standardsAgile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)Experience in large enterprise organizationsSoft SkillsStrong facilitation and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional and data-focused teamsProactive problem-solving and risk management mindsetStaffworxs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
