The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business strategy into a multi-year plan with a strong emphasis on ROI, and will serve as the key architect for product management, including building business cases, evaluating vendors, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. This role demands a leader who can unify product, engineering, QA, and IT teams under a single strategic vision, and who has a proven track record in driving AI transformation and modernization initiatives. The Vice President of Product will also be a key partner to executive leadership, justifying technology investments and communicating technical decisions in business terms.Applicants for the Vice President of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in product and technology leadership, with a focus on e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) models. The role requires a candidate with a deep, hands-on product management background, including experience in building and owning full company roadmaps. A strong background in AI transformation, e-commerce, and DTC, as well as experience in high-growth or PE-backed companies, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading product and engineering teams, and experience in platform modernization efforts. The role is 100% remote, and the candidate must be based in the U.S. or Canada, with availability for West Coast-leaning business hours.Travel Percent
