This role oversees multiple engineering and manufacturing locations across the U.S.About the Job: The General Manager will have full P&L ownership and lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Development. This leader will drive operational alignment across multiple sites, guide the integration of several product lines, and develop strategic growth plans while strengthening key customer relationships. The role reports to senior executive leadership and plays a key part in shaping the division’s long-term strategy.Key Responsibilities:Own Business Unit P&L performance, including revenue growth, profitability, quality, and on-time delivery.Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Development.Drive operational alignment and integration across multiple product lines and locations.Build and develop a high-performing leadership team focused on collaboration and talent growth.Lead multi-site operations and strengthen internal partnerships across the organization.Develop and execute strategic growth plans, including pricing, contracts, and financial performance.Strengthen customer relationships and support new business development initiatives.Skills & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree 10+ years of leadership experience in defense manufacturingProven P&L leadership experienceExperience leading multi-site operations and cross-functional teamsStrong strategic, operational, and customer leadership skillsAbility to obtain or hold a TS/SCI clearanceWillingness to travel approximately 30–50%Salary: $275,000 – $325,000 base salary plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.
