Language Specialist

Job Description Role: Language Specialist (Customer Support – Email) Location: Sunny Vale, CA Duration: 6‑12 months Must be fluent in verbal and written English and at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Norwegian, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese. Previous experience in customer service – email support preferred. Native speaker required. Must have lived in the locale for a minimum of 2 of the last 5 years or be a frequent traveler to the locale. Strong analytical skills. Undergraduate degree required. 1–2 years of work experience.
