Technical Operations EngineerMust be located in Dallas.No Sponsorship/TransfersNo 3rd partiesJob Description:This role will involve supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting our Clarity RFID solution hosted in primarily Cloud based environments. We are seeking skilled, determined, enthusiastic candidates who enjoy solving complex challenges and have a customer focus.Role & Responsibilities:Build a strong knowledge of the Clarity RFID product suite, both in terms of functionality and technical deploymentSupport the solution deployed into Cloud hosted environments by using monitoring tools and dashboardsCapture integration requirements and work with our development team through to implementationRespond to and investigate 2nd and 3rd line support queries as part of a 24/7 global teamCommunicate and document issues effectively to the wider teamKnowledge & Experience:Supporting .NET applicationsSupporting the deployment of containerized applicationsExperience in providing support and communicating with external customersKubernetesInfrastructure Automation (Terraform / Chef / Puppet / Ansible)AzureAn understanding of network management including DNS, HTTP, Firewalls and Load BalancingAbility to read and understand code, and use Git for source controlScripting experience (PowerShell or similar)Hands on experience with Azure (or extensive experience with an alternative cloud provider)Databases, ability to write queries and understand data structuresA drive and passion for learningNice to haves:Experience with additional cloud platforms (AWS / Google Cloud Platform)Development skills (C# / Visual Studio)Usage of monitoring toolsExperience with deployment tools such as Octopus DeployMicrosoft Azure Certifications
