Cloud Infrastructure Support EngineerLocation: Dallas, TXDuration: 12 Months+Must-have:Azure & AWS hands-on experience (not just one — both)Networking fundamentals — VNets, VPCs, subnets, peering, ExpressRoute, Direct ConnectVM/compute troubleshooting (Azure VMs, EC2, auto-scaling)Storage troubleshooting (Azure Blob, AWS S3, EBS, NFS)IAM & access issues (roles, policies, permissions)Monitoring tools — Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, or third-party (Datadog, Splunk)Basic scripting — PowerShell, Bash, or Python for quick fixesTicketing systems — ServiceNow, Jira, or similarNice-to-have for specifically:Experience with Fabric / Metal / Network Edge — huge plusHybrid connectivity knowledge (colocation + cloud)SD-WAN or MPLS basicsKubernetes/container basics (AKS, EKS)Responsibilities:Respond to on-call incidents within agreed SLA (e.g. 30–60 min response).Diagnose and resolve L2 issues across Azure and AWS environments.Escalate to L3/architect when needed with proper documentation.Maintain incident logs and post-incident reports (PIRs).Coordinate with Client internal teams and vendors.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
