For more information, visit www.everonsolutions.com or follow us on LinkedIn.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Decision SupportSupport development of corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and performance analysesConduct market, financial, and operational analyses to inform key business decisionsExecutive Reporting & Narrative DevelopmentDevelop high-impact presentations for ELT, Board of Directors, investors (e.g., GTCR), and regional leadershipTranslate complex data into clear, concise, story-driven narratives aligned to executive prioritiesOwn PowerPoint deliverables as a core output, ensuring polished, insight-driven messagingFinancial & Operational AnalysisPartner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and performance trackingAnalyze P&L trends, KPIs, and operational metrics to support strategic recommendationsIncentives & Performance SupportSupport reporting and analytics for monthly/quarterly incentive programs, including Technology and Vertical Markets initiativesData & AnalyticsLeverage data from multiple systems (Oracle, Essbase, etc.) to perform analysis and build insightsUtilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot, advanced analytics platforms) to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and improve reporting efficiencyCross-Functional CollaborationPartner across Finance, Operations, and business teams to align strategic priorities and deliverablesSupport special projects, M&A-related analysis, and executive requestsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)3–5 years of experience, ideally from management consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development rotation programsTechnical & Analytical SkillsStrong PowerPoint skills with demonstrated experience building executive-level presentationsIntermediate to advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilitiesExperience with BI tools preferredFamiliarity with enterprise systems (Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion) a plusExperience applying AI tools to analytics, forecasting, or reporting preferredCore CompetenciesStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsExceptional ability to synthesize complex information into executive-ready insightsHighly effective communicator with experience supporting C-suite audiencesOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative, adaptable, and intellectually curiousWhy This RoleThis is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and investors.
