This role delivers data-driven insights to support decision-making and executive reporting, with exposure to ELT, Regional leadership, and the Board. Reports to the Senior Manager, Finance.Duties & ResponsibilitiesFP&A & Performance AnalysisSupport budgeting and forecasting for multiple cost centersAnalyze P&L results, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insightsIncentive CompensationSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive programs, including Technology and Vertical Markets incentivesEnsure accurate data, tracking, and payout calculations; assess program effectivenessReporting & Executive DeliverablesPrepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and ad hoc requestsDevelop executive-ready-presentations for ELT, Regional, and BOD audiencesMaintain dashboards and standardized reporting toolsData & VisualizationExtract and analyze data from Oracle, Essbase, and related systemsCreate clear, impactful visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPointProcess Improvement & SupportIdentify opportunities to improve reporting and financial processesSupport cross-functional initiatives and month-end close (journal entries as needed)QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical roleTechnical SkillsAdvanced Excel; experience with Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion preferredProficiency in Power BI (or Tableau)Strong PowerPoint skills, including executive-level presentationsExperience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, advanced analytics platforms) to enhance data analysis, forecasting, or reporting efficiency preferredCore SkillsStrong financial acumen and analytical capabilityEffective communicator with experience presenting to senior leadershipHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesCollaborative and proactive mindsetWhy This RoleHigh-impact, high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership, offering the opportunity to influence financial strategy and drive business performance.
