With refreshed marketing, updated pricing, and a strong plan to scale, we’re building a high-performing team that values craftsmanship, integrity, and modern service excellence.The company is seeking an experienced Residential Service Manager to lead their plumbing service team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a technically strong, people-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative, drama-free environment and wants to grow with a company that’s been trusted since 1947. The role is a regular, full-time employment role with the company (direct hire) and the Specialized Recruiting Group is assisting with the search.What You’ll Do:Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians while overseeing daily operations, scheduling, and dispatching Ensure all work meets North Carolina codes, safety standards, and our high-quality benchmarks Drive operational efficiency, manage budgets, inventory, and KPIs Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences Review estimates, approve work, and support revenue growth through quality and efficiencyWhat You Bring:Minimum 5+ years of plumbing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role Valid North Carolina plumbing license (Master Plumber preferred) Strong knowledge of residential (and commercial) plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license with clean record and basic computer proficiency Positive, team-first attitude with a commitment to respect and knowledge-sharingNice to have: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software, OSHA 30, or project management certifications.What We Offer:Competitive base pay + performance bonuses (based on revenue, efficiency, and sold hours) Company vehicle + gas card, company cell phone & tablet Full benefits package after 90 days (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) Matching 401K, paid vacation, and paid training Opportunities for growth in a stable, scaling local businessIf you’re a skilled leader who takes pride in quality work and building strong teams, we’d love to hear from you.
