We are looking for a RN Nurse Manager that is passionate about keeping care in the home and providing a family like care approach to our clients and their families.Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.Visit our clients in their homes for supervisory/assessmentSupervise a team of field nurses/CNA/ HHA’sFacilitate new hire orientation and trainingCoordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of MassachusettsHome Health experience required.Supervisory experience is a plus.Comfortability using technical tools and software/EMR for visit documentationCurrent CPR CertificationEstablished in 2021 is in its 3rd year of operation.
