The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced intensive care environment while demonstrating strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluationMonitor and manage critically ill patients requiring intensive care interventionsAdminister medications and evaluate patient responsesOperate and monitor ventilators, invasive lines, and hemodynamic equipmentMaintain accurate and timely patient documentationCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomesDevelop and update individualized patient care plansServe as charge nurse when assignedFollow all hospital safety, infection control, and compliance protocolsParticipate in patient and family education as appropriateFloat to Med/Surg Tele units when requiredRequired QualificationsActive Massachusetts RN LicenseGraduate of an accredited School of NursingCurrent BLS CertificationCurrent ACLS CertificationICU/Critical Care nursing experience requiredAbility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidaysStrong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skillsPreferred QualificationsBSN preferredCCRN CertificationTCAR CertificationDe-escalation Training CertificationExperience with ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and intracranial pressure monitoringFor more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
