Assistant Interior Designer

We are currently interviewing candidates for the position of Assistant Interior Designer. Position SummaryThe Designer Assistant supports the Lead Designer in coordinating interior and exterior selections for residential home building projects. This role assists with administrative tasks, design selections, and site visits while maintaining accurate project documentation and supporting the sourcing of materials and finishes.The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced design and construction environment.Qualifications1+ years experience in home design, home building/construction, procurement, or project coordinationFamiliarity with residential building materials and finishesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in design software and spreadsheets preferred- Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat (Editing/Photoshop)Canva and/or Other Design softwareExcellent communication, customer service skills and time management
