Its credentialed auditors collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to verify charges, review claims, generate detailed audit reports, and guide providers through next steps after audits. Advize operates with strict adherence to HIPAA requirements, ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional conduct.Role Description The Executive Assistant Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting executive leadership while coordinating key projects across the organization. This role manages schedules, meetings, communications, and documentation for senior leaders, ensuring priorities are organized and deadlines are met. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project milestones, preparing status reports, coordinating cross-functional activities related to audits and client engagements, and following up on action items. The Executive Assistant Project Manager will also assist with logistics for record retrieval and review processes, help streamline workflows, and maintain organized digital records and project files. Collaboration with internal teams and clients, proactive problem-solving, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism are central to this position.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expediting and expeditor-related skills to ensure timely completion of tasks, follow-ups, and project deliverables.Candidates should possess project management skills, including planning, coordination, timeline tracking, and risk mitigation for multiple concurrent initiatives.Candidates should possess inspection-related skills to review documents, reports, and project outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Candidates should possess logistics management skills to organize record retrieval, secure document handling, and coordination of resources across teams and locations.Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to handle competing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, correspondence, and executive-ready documentation.Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project management software, video conferencing platforms).Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.Experience in healthcare, compliance, auditing, or a related field is beneficial.Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
