Renewal Operations Manager

What you can expectYou will own renewals forecasting, operational governance, and strategic planning that drive predictable retention outcomes. By partnering with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, you will standardize processes and build confidence in renewal execution. This role offers the opportunity to shape how retention performance is measured and acted upon at scale.About the TeamWe build the operating system for post-sales customer lifecycle across retention, expansion, and value realization. Our team translates business priorities into repeatable processes and trusted insights through cross-functional partnership. We ensure data, tooling, and governance enable consistent decisions as the organization scales.ResponsibilitiesOwning renewals forecasting methodology, reporting cadence, and accuracy improvements in partnership with FP&A and Revenue leadershipDesigning and maintaining forecast models that surface churn risk, contraction trends, and pipeline gaps for executive visibilityEstablishing governance for renewal processes including account ownership, timing alignment, and deal hygiene across segmentsBuilding dashboards that incorporate health signals and leading indicators to improve forecast confidence and risk managementDriving automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and enable scalable renewals operationsWhat we're looking forDemonstrate 7+ years in Renewals Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-To-Market Strategy rolesOwn forecasting, reporting, and planning for renewals or retention motions with proven resultsBuild forecasts, dashboards, and executive reporting using analytical and data interpretation skillsUse Salesforce and data analysis tools at an advanced levelTranslate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendationsSupport enterprise or global renewals organizations with experience in churn and retention analyticsApply BI tools such as Tableau or Looker and partner with data science teams in SaaS environmentsSalary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$76,800.00Maximum:$186,200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAnticipated Position Close Date:04/03/26Ways of WorkingOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
