Assistant Operations I Compensation Pay: $17-19/hr paid biweekly Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates Assistant Operations I Highlights This is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Location: Milford, MA Schedule options: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM Shift length: Full-time, 40 hours per week Interview process: In-person interviews required Work setting: Onsite Assistant Operations I Responsibilities Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment Maintain warehouse stock in a clean and organized manner Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts Restock pharmacy picking areas Retrieve shipping documents and labels from printers and organize them for picking Assist with packing and shipping medications Track shipped packages and report any delivery issues Organize daily shipping reports for branch review Receive non-pharmaceutical items through the back dock Support inventory tracking, reconciliation, and purchase order-related tasks Help manage pharmaceutical product levels and returned goods under pharmacist supervision Use computer systems, including MS Word and Excel, to support daily operations Assistant Operations I Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to work onsite in Milford, MA Must be able to work one of the listed schedules Ability to read, write, and understand English Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills Ability to reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop, and walk throughout the shift Basic computer knowledge required Ability to use a 10-key keypad Typing speed of 20 WPM desired Assistant Operations I Preferred Qualifications Data entry experience Experience in a pharmacy setting Experience with packing and shipping using national carriers Pallet jack experience Comfort learning new computer systems and using Microsoft Word and Excel If you think this Assistant Operations I position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
