Inventory & Shipping Associate - Milford, MA

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate with inventory and shipping/receiving experience to support operations in our food production facility.The ideal candidate should be comfortable with inventory processes, basic computer use, and working in refrigerated and freezer environments.Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipmentPrepare and process outgoing shipmentsReceive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against invoicesStock all warehouse shelves with productEnsure proper product rotation using "First In, First Out" methodConduct daily and weekly inventory of production items noting "Use By" dates.Complete all daily QA receiving logs and packing slipsPick and deliver to Production all product for scheduled recipesAssist with inventory control and organizationPerform other general warehouse duties as neededEnsure adherence to procedures, including GMP requirements, food safety, and plant personnel safetySchedule: 1st Shift - 6:00am to 4:30pm4-day work weekMust be available to work SundaysWarehouse or Inventory experience preferredBasic computer skills: data entry, inventory systems, emailStrong attention to detail and organization skillsAbility to lift and move products as requiredReliable; able to work in a team-oriented environmentMust be comfortable working in temperature-controlled areas, including refrigerated or freezer zonesWhat we offer: Full-time position with benefitsStable schedule with consistent hoursOpportunity to grow within the companyLegal Sea Foods participates in the federal E-Verify program to confirm employment eligibility of all new hires.
