Senior Finance Manager

Position OverviewThe Senior Finance Manager will lead financial planning and analysis, drive strategic initiatives, and provide insights to support executive decision-making. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and executive financial reporting Build financial models to support strategic decisions and growth planningOversee CAPEX planning and ensure IFRS complianceSupport M&A analysis, valuation, and integration effortsLead financial systems and AI-driven planning initiatives for process optimizationEvaluate vendors, contracts, and software for cost efficiencyCreate board materials and executive presentations for key stakeholdersManage, mentor, and develop finance team members to build organizational capability Required Experience/SkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field7+ years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years of leadership experienceStrong FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic finance backgroundKnowledge of IFRS, CAPEX, and financial reporting standardsProficiency with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field requiredAdvanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Finance) preferredProfessional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus BenefitsIf eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
