10+ years of software engineering experience
Proven engineering management experience
Strong architecture background
Significant project/program delivery experience
Experience leading teams through complex delivery challenges
Ability to balance legacy systems with modernization efforts

Qualifications & Skills
Skill evaluation: Behavioral (80%)
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years project management experience required
3+ years in an engineering management or technical leadership role
Strong understanding of modern software development practices and architecture
Experience delivering and supporting production systems in complex environments
Proven ability to build accountable, motivated, and high‑performing teams
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making logical decisions
Clear, professional communicator with business and technical stakeholders
