New Accounts Specialist

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Process new account openings, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with KYC/CIP/AML standardsPerform account maintenance updates including changes to client information, account attributes, and documentationInvestigate and resolve CAIS exception errors, ensuring timely remediation and accurate data integrityReview and validate client data across internal systems to ensure consistency and compliancePartner with Compliance, Operations, and Front Office teams to resolve onboarding and account-related issuesMaintain accurate records and documentation for audit and regulatory purposesRequired Skills & Experience:Experience supporting new accounts onboarding and account maintenance within financial servicesFamiliarity with CAIS exception processing and resolutionKnowledge of KYC, AML, and CIP regulatory requirementsExperience with BETA and Phase 3 systems strongly preferredStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
