As of today, we are offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time C.N.A's and we are also paid weekly!The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and a strong commitment to promoting the dignity and well-being of the patients we serve. In this role, you will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to carry out individualized care plans and provide support to patients and their families. You will be responsible for monitoring vital signs, helping with mobility, and performing necessary tasks to support the health and daily living needs of our patients. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients as you provide emotional and physical support during their recovery process. If you are an empathetic individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply and join our team in making a positive impact in the healthcare community.ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.Help patients with mobility, including transferring and repositioning in beds and wheelchairs.Provide companionship and emotional support to patients throughout their treatment.Assist with feeding patients and ensuring proper hydration.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.Document patient care and activities accurately in medical records.RequirementsMust be a certified nursing assistant with an active certification.High school diploma or equivalent is required.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.Empathy and compassion in caring for patients with varying needs.Ability to follow instructions and care plans set by the nursing staff.Physical stamina to lift, move, and assist patients as needed.Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
