Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Sales will build and execute a scalable sales strategy across equipment, parts, and service, while leading the sales team and personally engaging with key customers, suppliers, and strategic opportunities. We are looking for a competitive, data-driven commercial leader who thrives in growth environments and consistently translates opportunity into measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share in the bakery and foodservice industriesAlign commercial strategy across equipment, parts, and service to maximize lifetime customer valueLead, coach, and scale the sales team, establishing clear targets, accountability, and a performance-driven cultureBuild and institutionalize CRM discipline, forecasting rigor, and sales processes to support scalable growthBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers, including key decision-makers in bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and institutional foodservice operationsCollaborate closely with partner manufacturers to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfactionBuild a disciplined, data-driven sales organization with clear KPIs; analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordinglyWhat We’re Looking For8+ years of B2B sales leadership experience in capital equipment, foodservice equipment, industrial machinery, distribution, or service-oriented businessesProven track record of scaling revenue organizations and delivering sustained growthExperience building disciplined, metrics-driven teams with strong CRM and process adoptionBakery or food production industry experience strongly preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceWillingness to travel for key customer engagements, trade shows, and team leadershipWhat We OfferHighly competitive compensation, including base salary, uncapped commission, and performance incentivesDirect access to the CEO and meaningful influence on company strategyOpportunity to build and lead a growing, high-impact sales organizationComprehensive benefits, including health coverage, 401(k), and professional development support
