The role involves leading design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, developing design concepts, creating construction drawings, and specifying FF&E. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with clients and team members, oversee project timelines and budgets, and manage vendor relationships to ensure project success. The position requires leadership in mentoring junior designers and maintaining high standards of design excellence and project delivery.QualificationsExpertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design principlesProficiency in developing and reviewing Construction DrawingsExperience in specifying and managing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets and timelinesProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit and Studio DesignerExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teamsA bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldNCIDQ certification preferred but not required
