HonestAI serves enterprise and government organizations across multiple industries and is part of the SA Technologies Group.Role Description This is a full-time Executive role based in San Jose, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Executive will be responsible for shaping and driving HonestAI’s strategic initiatives, including market expansion, partnerships, and revenue growth across key enterprise and government sectors. Day-to-day work includes setting and communicating strategic priorities, leading cross-functional teams, and making data-informed decisions to align product, delivery, and go-to-market efforts with company goals. The role will involve building and maintaining senior-level client relationships, representing HonestAI in external meetings and industry events, and overseeing complex AI deployment engagements from early-stage scoping through production-scale rollout. The Executive will also collaborate closely with technical and operations leaders to improve internal processes, forecast business performance, and ensure that projects deliver quantifiable value to clients.Qualifications Strategic leadership and business acumen, including experience defining vision, setting measurable objectives, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.Enterprise sales, business development, or account management experience, ideally selling or overseeing complex technology or AI solutions to large organizations.Operational excellence skills, including program or project management, performance tracking, and process improvement in fast-paced or high-growth environments.Technical literacy in AI, data, or enterprise software, with the ability to understand solution architectures, integration points, and value drivers for non-technical stakeholders.Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to leadership teams, influencing decisions, and handling sensitive or high-impact discussions.Background in industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or professional services is highly beneficial.Prior experience in a leadership role within a technology, AI, consulting, or enterprise software company is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or
