We are seeking a highly organized, execution-oriented Executive Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership at a rapidly scaling Series G technology company backed by some of Silicon Valley's most prominent venture capital firms. In this role, you will operate as a true force multiplier, managing day-to-day logistics, triaging competing requests, and streamlining processes to keep leadership focused on high-impact decisions. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-capitalized, category-leading business at a pivotal stage of growth, partnering closely with senior leaders as they navigate scale, complexity, and continued expansion.This position requires a blend of master-level scheduling, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration across departments like Engineering, Sales, and Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Operational ExcellenceStrategic Executive Partnership: Act as a trusted business partner to leadership, helping prioritize initiatives, drive follow-through, manage competing demands, and create structure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.AI-Powered Operations: Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Notion AI, Otter.ai, and Zapier to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, conduct research, and improve team productivity.Executive Operations: Own complex calendaring, meeting strategy, travel logistics, and executive communications, ensuring leaders remain focused on high-impact priorities.Program & Event Management: Coordinate leadership meetings, customer visits, team offsites, and internal events with strong attention to detail and seamless execution.Process Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies, implement scalable systems and processes, and continuously improve how work gets done across the organization.Ideal Candidate ProfileTraits & ExperienceProfessional Experience: Mid-level administrative, executive assistant, or operations experience supporting multiple leaders.Organizational Mastery: Exceptionally organized and accountable; thrives when managing multiple competing priorities under tight timelines.Proactive & Forward-Thinking: Naturally identifies gaps, scheduling conflicts, and logistical risks before they disrupt operations.High Responsiveness: Comfortable with regular, rapid communication (including Slack and text) and swift, independent decision-making.Adaptable & Resilient: Comfortable with ambiguity, high autonomy, and navigating a fast-paced, fluid startup environment.Discreet Communicator: A confident, articulate communicator who represents operational leadership with the utmost professionalism and discretion.Bonus QualificationsPrior experience directly supporting C-level executives, founders, or revenue leaders.Professional exposure to the startup, tech, or AI industries.Background working within rapid-growth, Series B, or Series C companies.Familiarity with investor relations and fundraising processes.(Note: To maintain confidentiality for our client, the firm's name will be shared later in the interview process.)
