This role will be foundational in helping establish operational consistency as the firm continues to expand.Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team. This individual will serve as the central coordination point for executive scheduling, meetings, travel, and in-office operations. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, brings strong attention to detail, and enjoys being the “go-to” support resource in a fast-paced, professional setting.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars and coordinate scheduling across multiple executives and external stakeholdersOrganize and support internal meetings, investor meetings, and board sessionsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangementsPrepare materials, logistics, and scheduling support for board and leadership meetingsServe as the primary in-office support presence, including greeting guests and managing meeting readinessSupport office operations such as meeting setup, supplies, and general organizationEnsure seamless execution of in-person meetings, including room preparation and catering needsAct as a reliable point of contact for executive administrative needs, including occasional after-hours supportQualifications:3–5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support roleExperience in professional services environments (finance, consulting, legal, accounting strongly preferred)Strong calendar management and multi-stakeholder coordination experienceExcellent communication skills with a polished, professional demeanorHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work onsite 4 days per week with occasional early mornings or late eveningsTech-savvy with experience using modern scheduling and productivity toolsStable work history preferred (strong tenure highly valued)Bachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredAdditional Details:Direct hire roleReporting directly to the CEOOffice is located at 1 Embarcadero Center, 24th FloorStandard hours: ~8:30/9:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PMOccasional early board meetings (~8:00 AM) and rare after-hours support requiredInterview process includes virtual interview with CEO followed by onsite meetingsHiring timeline: ASAPPerks:High-visibility role supporting senior leadership in a growing firmOpportunity to build foundational processes in a scaling organizationExposure to investor meetings and board-level operationsPotential long-term career growth into expanded operational, HR, or Chief of Staff-type responsibilitiesCollaborative but structured, professional environment with strong leadership access
