The ACEO will be instrumental in the development and implementation of hospital-wide strategic goals, serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO on various aspects of hospital management, and ensuring that the hospital's goals align with the organization's priorities. Applicants for the ACEO position must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7-9 years' progressive leadership experience in hospital or healthcare administration, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, managing hospital operations, and implementing strategic initiatives. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to influence, motivate, and lead a diverse team.
