Platform Administration Atlan Data Catalog
•Administer and support the Atlan Data Catalog platform•Configure and maintain:oMetadata ingestion and connectors (e.g., data warehouses, BI tools, pipelines)oUser roles, permissions, and access policiesoGlossaries, tags, classifications, and workflows (as defined by governance teams)•Monitor metadata syncs, lineage extraction, and indexing jobs•Support onboarding of new data sources, domains, and user groupsIntegrations & Operations•Support integrations between Profisee, Atlan, and the broader data stack (e.g., data warehouses, ETL/ELT tools, BI platforms)•Assist with API-based integrations and metadata exchange between platforms•Monitor platform health, performance, and availability•Document operational procedures, runbooks, and support processesSecurity, Access & Compliance•Administer user provisioning, role-based access control ( RBAC), and SSO integrations•Support audit & compliance by providing platform usage, configuration, & access evidence•Ensure platforms adhere to enterprise security and data governance standardsUser Support & Enablement•Serve as a primary point of contact for platform-related questions and issues•Support data stewards, analysts, engineers, and business users with troubleshooting and basic enablement•Partner with product owners and enablement teams to support training, adoption, and rollout of new capabilitiesContinuous Improvement•Identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, automation, and operational efficiency•Partner with product owners to implement enhancements and best practices•Stay current on Profisee and Atlan product updates, features, and recommended configurationsRequired Qualifications•4+ years of experience administering data, analytics, or enterprise platforms•Hands-on experience with Profisee MDM, Atlan, or similar MDM and data catalog platforms•Strong understanding of:oData models and metadataoData pipelines and integrationsoRole-based access control and platform security•Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data stacks•Strong troubleshooting and operational problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications•Experience administering both an MDM platform and a data catalog/governance platform•Familiarity with:oAzure-based data environmentsoAPIs and integration patternsoData governance, stewardship, and data quality concepts•Experience supporting enterprise data governance or MDM programsKey Skills & Competencies•Platform administration and operations•MDM and metadata management concepts•Monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution•Clear technical documentation and communication•Collaboration with engineering, governance, and business teams•Attention to detail and operational discipline
