Lauderdale clinic and is seeking a full-time Aesthetic Injector (PA/NP) to join their team.In this role, you will be a core provider for cosmetic injectables, delivering safe, natural-looking results while building long-term relationships with patients. You’ll work closely with our esthetics and wellness teams to create coordinated treatment plans that support both patient outcomes and practice growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform in-depth aesthetic consultations, including history, assessment, and treatment planningAdminister neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other injectables within your training and scopeEducate patients on options, risks, expectations, and aftercare; provide clear post-treatment guidanceMaintain accurate, timely documentation and photos in the EMREncourage appropriate rebooking and maintenance plans; introduce complementary services when clinically appropriateCollaborate with estheticians, front desk, and wellness providers to deliver a seamless patient experienceParticipate in ongoing training and contribute to a professional, low-drama team cultureUphold all safety, infection-control, and compliance standards and collaborate with the Medical Director on protocols and complicationsRequirementsMust-Have QualificationsLicensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Florida, in good standingAble to work full-time, on-site in the Ft. Lauderdale areaAvailable to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, including Saturdays on a regular basisComfortable having at least 75%+ of ongoing clinical time focused on cosmetic injectables in a medspa / anti-aging settingPrevious patient-facing clinical experience as a PA/NPGenuine comfort with patient-facing sales behaviors: rebooking, recommending appropriate services/products, and working with clear performance expectations (e.g., rebooking rates, revenue impact)Strong communication skills and professional bedside mannerWillingness to follow protocols and collaborate under a Medical DirectorPreferred Qualifications1–3+ years of hands-on injectables experience (neuromodulators and fillers) in medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgeryFormal training in facial anatomy and advanced injection techniquesExperience in related anti-aging or wellness services (skin, hormone therapy, weight management, etc.)Comfort participating in before/after photography and occasional content/events (within professional and brand guidelines)Track record of building a loyal patient panel and positive online reviewsSuccess TraitsPatient-first, safety-focused, and detail-orientedBusiness-aware without being pushy; sees rebooking and recommendations as part of good careCollaborative, low-ego, and comfortable working in a structured, high-performing teamBenefitsCompensation & BenefitsEmployment type: W-2, full-timeHourly rate: Typically $65–$85 per hour, depending on experience and injectables track recordIncentives: Performance-based incentives tied to injectables and overall contribution; high performers have meaningful upside beyond base payBenefits: Competitive benefits package, staff discounts on treatments and products, and support for ongoing education and training in aesthetics
