Our location offers a fabulous gift shop and Café.CAFÉ SUPERVISOR - Full TimeWe're looking for the right person to supervise and work alongside our staff in preparing and providing great food and beverages while delivering outstanding guest service.Responsibilities:Willing to be trained in, and perform, all café duties including: cashiering, food prep and service, inventory, stocking, cleaning, etc.Be a strong contributor to a teamwork environment and consistently adhere to scheduled work shiftsRepresent the company in a professional manner according to company policyFollow all company procedures with no deviationAdept with cash handling and operating the point-of-sale registers in a professional and honest mannerGreet all guests with a smile and maintain a positive attitude at all timesWilling to uphold the highest values of honesty and integrityPosition Requirements:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving frequent squatting, bending, twisting and lifting up to 40 lbs. and spending up to 8 hours per day standingExcellent customer service and people skillsAbility to work a variety of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts up to 40 hours per weekAbility to work independently with little or no supervisionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to meet and/or exceed customer service expectationsKnowledge and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentPrior Food & Beverage experience requiredPOS and cafe experience preferredHourly Pay: $18 - $20Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision PlansPaid Time Off401k ProgramLife InsuranceDisability CoverageReward & Recognition ProgramSite DiscountsEmployee Assistance ProgramQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status, and all other status protected by law.
