Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

*Work Location:* Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week *Position Type:* Contract, 9 months (potential for extension) *Location:* Mountain View, California, USA Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer. *Responsibilities* * Proactive engineer who is a self-starter - able to quickly read/digest documentation and design; leverage resources to find answers/solutions, proactively communicate status/blockers in a clear manner * Participate in the design, development, test automation, documentation and integration of the next generation Enterprise Identity Provisioning system in the cloud. * Contribute to changes to existing Identity Management components as needed to enable migration from current on-prem solution to next gen in the cloud. * Gather functional requirements, develop technical specifications, and perform project and test planning. * Roughly 80% hands-on coding (new code, modifying existing code, testing automation). * Design / develop / maintain backend software - includes enhancements, bug fixes and PoCs. Implement a full SDLC lifecycle including CI/CD in the cloud. Participate as part of an agile development team * Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: product management, various product lines, and business units. * Communicate, document, and distill technical information to team members and partner organizations. There is a strong preference for the candidate to be located in MTV *Requirement:* * Strong back-end expertise in Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot (or comparable modern frameworks). * Strong front-end expertise with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (or a comparable modern framework). * 5+ years building and consuming web APIs (REST, and ideally gRPC and/or GraphQL) and designing service interfaces. * Deep command of the full software development lifecycle and the software design and architecture process. * Experience with automated testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD), and with CI/CD pipelines. * BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. #MSP Pay: $80.00 - $84.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mountain View, CA 94043
