GenNXT is building the world’s first AI-native brokerage that works alongside wealth advisors to make life insurance faster, smarter, and integrated into their wealth plan.We combine AI, modern software, and insurance expertise to help advisors deliver better outcomes for their clients.We are a pre-seed startup and are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join us at the beginning of the journey.The RoleAs a Software Engineer and part of the founding team, you'll have significant ownership over the technology that powers GenNXT.You'll work closely with the founder to design, build, and ship products that bring AI into the life insurance workflow—from understanding client and financial data, to identifying insurance needs, to helping advisors navigate the application and underwriting process.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving quickly, solving ambiguous problems, and building products from the ground up.You won't just be implementing specifications.
