Travel RN - ICU Float

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU Float position requiring a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience, MA licensure in hand, and a willingness to float to PCU as needed.Job Details• 20-bed ICU unit with a 1:2 patient ratio,• Ventilator management, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring are performed in this unit,• Meditech Expanse is the EMR used; prior experience is strongly preferred,• Floating to PCU is required as needed, with float opportunities occurring every 4 hours,• Block scheduling is not available for this position,Job Requirements• Active MA RN license must be in hand prior to consideration - the facility will not pend licensure,• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS,• Minimum 2 years of current critical care experience required,• Proficiency with ventilators, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring required,• Must have a personal vehicle - this is a firm requirement,• TNCC certification preferred,• BSN preferred,• Critical care skills checklist current within the past year required for consideration,• 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years of employment required for consideration,Additional Information• Personal scrubs of any color are acceptable,• All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application - scheduling requests will not be approved at or after the time of offer, and late requests may result in a rescinded offer,
