Responsible for all functions required to keep physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. Conducts a variety of preventative and restorative maintenance duties. Additionally, responsible for negotiating and contracting with outside vendors. Follows established Federal, State, County and City codes and regulations.QUALIFICATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR· 2 + years' experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations.· One year of experience supervising others to include: setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc.· Must have valid driver's license, good driving record.· Ability to operate Windows 10 computer, read, write, and speak English.· The ideal candidate will have performed the job duties of Maintenance Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility and have experience using an electronic work order system.Are you trustworthy and respectful of others?
