General Description:Plan, organize, and manage resources for a 3-shift x 7-day production facility. Ensure all personnel are following safety guidelines and working in a safe manner. Oversee and manage all production processes. This includes Injection, assembly and testing operations. Provide direction, leadership, and development opportunities to the production team through communication, training, and setting the example.Directly manage all production leaders and indirectly influence, Technical, Quality, Logistics and Launch associates in support of a smooth-running operation. Monitor and manage daily execution of the production schedule to ensure customer requirements are met on time. Work in conjunction with all departments to meet this requirement.Monitor and manage monthly KPIs to ensure goals are met. Implement corrective actions to meet set targets.Implement and Adhere to 5S Standards.Identify and lead improvement activities for the manufacturing processes by building cross functional and inter-departmental teams to accomplish the tasks. Manage and direct projects to completion in a timely manner.Control and minimize overtime.Work in conjunction with the quality department to insure QRQC points are followed through to completion using proper root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.Maintain effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills in motivating direct reports.Other duties as needed. Job requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, automotive industry.5+ years of experience in a leadership or production management role supervising production teams or supervisors.Strong experience overseeing Injection Molding, assembly, and testing operations.Experience managing 24/7 or 3-shift production facilities.Proven ability to manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customer requirements.Experience tracking and improving manufacturing KPIs and operational performance metrics.Knowledge and implementation of 5S and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience using root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods (e.g., QRQC).Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Logistics, Technical) with excellent communication and leadership skills.
