Our goal is to deliver evidence-based care with a focus on patient safety and rapid intervention in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment./n/nResponsibilities/n/n- Perform and document frequent neurological assessments, including NIH Stroke Scale./n- Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms and respond to changes in real-time./n- Ensure compliance with stroke core measures, including dysphagia screening, education, and care plans./n- Administer medications using BCMA standards with a focus on safety and accuracy./n- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, including providers, therapy, and case management./n- Manage admissions, discharges, and patient flow within a high-turnover environment./n- Maintain a constant focus on falls prevention, skin integrity, and patient safety./n/n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n/n- Current RN license./n- ACLS, BLS, and NIH certification./n- Ability to read basic rhythm strips prior to arrival at the facility./n/n/nSchedule/nThis position is scheduled for the night shift, from 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM./n/nAssignment Duration/nThis is a 13-week contract position./n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
