We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team, delivering solutions for banking and healthcare clients. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API development, with a proven track record of designing scalable enterprise applications. Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI capabilities (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered chatbots) into production systems is required. Practical experience with AI/ML libraries such as LangChain4j, Spring AI, or similar frameworks is highly desirable. Solid understanding of banking/financial or healthcare domain workflows, regulatory compliance, and data security standards (HIPAA/PCI-DSS) is expected. Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines required. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions in Agile teams is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills essential. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
