Key responsibilitiesCreating engaging video lectures, learning activities, and course content for a comprehensive counselling curriculum Collaborating with licensed mental health professionals and subject matter experts to enhance course design Applying instructional design theories and methods to assess learners' performance effectivelyRequired qualificationsActive professional licensure or certification as a counsellor or mental health practitioner, or a university degree in Counselling Minimum of 3 years of mental health support or counselling practice experience Twelve-month commitment with potential for renewal or extension Instructional design experience is a bonus
