Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.Pay: $24 USD/HR- $26 USD/HR (Based on experience), + $1.00 USD/HR Shift PremiumShift:Monday-Thursday4:30 p.m.-3:00 a.m.Flexibility is a must; Overtime, weekends required, subject to customer demand.ResponsibilitiesUse tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of the buildings does not deteriorate.Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.Order parts, supplies, and equipment from catalogs and suppliers, or obtain them from storerooms.Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery and equipment.Compliance with legal environmental and safety requirements of the area.Know the environmental aspects of the area and its control.Know the environmental impacts associated with their activities.Follow all Environmental and Safety policies.Comply with procedures, regulations, and instructions of environmental and safety programs.Other duties as assignedQualificationsStrong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulationsExcellent planning and leadership abilitiesAn eye for detailComputer savvy, Information Technology training a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh school diploma: Degree from a vocational school will be a plusProfessional Certifications (e.
