In this position, you will perform day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and managing debt collections. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure accuracy in all financial transactions, and maintain organized financial records. This role involves supporting the finance team in achieving operational efficiency and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers.QualificationsProficient in Finance-related skills, such as managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and general financial recordkeeping.Strong analytical skills for identifying discrepancies, resolving financial issues, and ensuring accurate reporting.Proven ability to manage customer payment inquiries effectively.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in financial software and tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.Prior experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
