We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.ResponsibilitiesRetrieve and export regular and ad-hoc reports from established systems based on team and stakeholder requirements.Ensure reports are collected and delivered in a timely manner, meeting set schedules or deadlines.Maintain a well-organized repository of collected reports for easy access by team members and stakeholders.Update and manage historical data records, ensuring data is stored securely and complies with data handling standards.Format exported reports according to specific departmental or stakeholder guidelines, making data easier to interpret.Modify or adjust report parameters as needed to match evolving business requirements or special project needs.Support senior analysts in preparing datasets for analysis by cleaning and organizing data exports.Take advantage of training opportunities to learn about analytics tools, data management, and reporting best practices.Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reportsMinimum QualificationsEducation Level: High school educationExperience Requirements: 0 to 2 yearsEnvironmental & Physical RequirementsOffice / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
