Job Overview Salary: $98,700–$183,300 annually (based on qualifications and experience); bonus eligible. Benefits include life insurance, parental leave, paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, 401(k), and employee discount.Remote Work Work model: Remote – LI Remote (United States).Reporting This position reports to: Head of Industry Sales.Job Description The Industry Sales Manager – High Power Drives and Motors is responsible for executing sales strategies, building and maintaining the highest level of customer engagement, and meeting or exceeding order growth targets with assigned industries, accounts, and product lines. The role supports Motion High Power Motors and Drives and can be based remotely in the United States.ResponsibilitiesImplement short- and long-term sales plans and actions to develop accounts, customers, and industries.Provide regular sales summary reports to the VP of Project Sales.Focus sales efforts on developing opportunities in target segments with focused product lines.Engage the tendering team and technical support to influence specifications, develop solutions, and provide feedback on customer budgets and market prices.Work closely with inside sales, tendering teams, channel and account sales, global and strategic account managers, and segment managers to define winning strategies during the pre‑tender stage.Actively participate in negotiations for key projects.Team Dynamics Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
