Experience in consumer electronics or related sectors is a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and compliance of all product listingsProduct Optimization: Develop and update titles, descriptions, bullet points, A+ content, and imagery to maximize conversionAdvertising & Promotions: Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, coupons, deals, and promotions to increase visibility and salesInventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouses/3PLs, and ensure product availabilityPerformance Tracking: Analyze KPIs (sales, ACOS, ROAS, rankings, reviews), prepare reports, and recommend improvementsCustomer Experience: Oversee reviews, ratings, and feedback while resolving customer issues promptlyCompetitive Analysis: Research competitors, pricing trends, and category performance to inform strategyE-Commerce Support: Contribute to online sales growth across other digital channels where Kramer products are soldQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field (preferred)1–3 years of experience managing Amazon accounts or e-commerce marketplacesStrong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (Vendor Central is a plus)Proven experience managing Amazon PPC/advertising campaignsProficiency in Excel and data analysis (mandatory)Familiarity with consumer electronics (preferred)Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong drive and motivation to succeedWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Growth opportunities into broader sales roles within Kramer.A collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment.Exposure to cutting-edge consumer electronics products.Powered by JazzHR0yrXwsWySm
