Our community-based programs provide a setting where individuals we serve can be independent.The essential function of the position includes the following:• Ensures the provision and implementation of specialized services.• Ensures that the residential unit is maintained and operated in a safe, secure, and lawful manner. Oversee and manage program operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Provide supervision, guidance, and support to program staff, including conducting regular performance evaluations• Supervises the provision of upkeep, maintenance, and supplies required for the physical facility, preparation, and recording of menus, expenses, daily communications, activities, medication, and daily program participant records.All Team Members must:• be 18 years of age or older• have a current driver's license with no suspensions or points within the past three years• must pass CPR and First Aid Certifications and medication training• High School diploma or GED plus 6 months experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.• be available to work on weekends and holidaysSupervisory Experience is Preferred
