This role will drive successful delivery of workforce management solutions, ensuring alignment with business operations and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle workforce management system implementationsManage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scopePartner with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and OperationsFacilitate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live activitiesConfigure system solutions to support timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce policiesIdentify and mitigate risks; resolve project issues proactivelySupport system integrations and data migration effortsProvide project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder updatesRequired Qualifications7+ years of project management experience3+ years of workforce management system implementation experienceExperience leading full lifecycle system implementationsStrong background working in complex, multi-entity environmentsKnowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)Preferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise workforce management platformsBackground in regulated or complex industriesPMP or similar certification
