We build, install, and run a complete client acquisition engine—combining high-end multimedia content with disciplined outbound prospecting—and eventually hand the keys over to our clients.We are hiring an Account Manager to serve as the strategic leader and primary relationship owner for a portfolio of up to 25 financial advisor clients. In this role, you will act as the ultimate quality gatekeeper and director of an internal "Pod" (consisting of interviewers, video editors, and virtual assistants). You will not be responsible for manually editing videos or writing scripts; instead, you will ensure every piece of content and outbound message perfectly captures the advisor's voice, maintains strict industry compliance, and ultimately drives real asset growth (AUM).Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership: Serve as the primary, day-to-day strategic partner for your assigned advisors, leading bi-monthly business reviews to diagnose growth constraints and align on strategy. You will maintain a professional, "adult-to-adult" posture, prioritizing clarity and truth-telling over appeasement.Quality & Brand Safety: Act as the final "Quality Owner" for all deliverables before they reach the public. You will review written drafts, video edits, and outbound messaging to ensure they sound authentic to the client and avoid generic marketing "bro-etry".Publishing & "Stop-the-Line" Authority: Exercise unilateral authority over what goes live. If a piece of content or a messaging campaign risks the client's compliance posture or brand reputation, you have the power to pause it immediately without needing secondary approvals.Performance Reporting: Track and present offer-critical metrics to your clients bi-weekly. You will focus strictly on qualified opportunities (booked meetings) and estimated pipeline value (AUM), actively preventing the use of vanity metrics like "likes" or "impressions".Team Orchestration: Direct the workflow of your dedicated execution Pod (Interviewers, Editors, and Virtual Assistants) to ensure production deadlines are met and volume targets are achieved.System Integrity: Protect the scope of the engagement by guiding client feedback and expansion requests into designated review windows, preventing ad-hoc changes from disrupting daily momentum.RequirementsProven experience in account management, customer success, or strategic marketing.Familiarity with the financial services, wealth management, or RIA industry is highly preferred.A strong editorial eye and high standard for quality; you can quickly read a draft or watch a video and know if it meets a premium, professional standard.Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to manage high-net-worth clients and deliver factual, sometimes challenging performance data.Strong organizational skills with the ability to comfortably manage the moving parts of up to 25 active client accounts.Experience delegating to and orchestrating a remote team of specialized talent.The Perks: Flexibility & IndependenceWe believe in hiring exceptional adults and giving them the freedom to execute.100% Remote Work: Work from anywhere.
