As we expand our EOR and digital payroll services, we’re hiring a Controller to lead our accounting and financial control functions across corporate and payroll operations.What You’ll DoOversee all accounting functions — GL, month-end close, reporting, and audit prep.Own financial controls, compliance, and process integrity across corporate and payroll entities.Manage trust account reconciliations, payroll funding accuracy, and GAAP compliance.Partner with Finance Ops, Payroll, and Product teams to ensure clean financial data flows.Lead system improvements, internal controls, and scaling of financial processes.Support the VP of Finance with strategic financial insights, forecasts, and audit readiness.What You Bring5–10 years of progressive accounting experience; CPA strongly preferred.Proven experience in payroll, fintech, production accounting, or SaaS environments.Expert in GAAP and internal controls; strong systems and analytical skills.Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-volume, multi-entity environment.Leadership mindset with hands-on execution ability.Why EverysetJoin a high-growth startup redefining how productions manage people and payments.
